Alarm system components
The PhoneWatch Home Safety System is a wireless alarm
and includes either a carbon monoxide detector or smoke detector as part of the standard pack.
Simple, easy to use keypad. Allows you to arm/disarm the alarm system. Features integrated panic button. There is a separate control unit supplied which is the brain of the alarm system which is hidden from view to protect against possible damage.
2 Door/Window Contacts
A magnetic door contact is fitted to the door and detects opening and closing.
3 Motion Sensors with Cameras
A motion sensor with built in camera reacts to temperature fluctuations caused by a person moving around. Once triggered, it takes photographs which are transmitted to our Alarm Receiving Centre. Fitted in protected zones in the home.
With a monitored smoke detector, we can detect the start of a fire. Even if your alarm system is not on, our smoke detector is monitored and always on. If there is also a motion camera in the room, we can confirm a fire visually and will contact emergency services.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
Our carbon monoxide detector is fully monitored and always on, even when your alarm system is not on, your CO sensor can still send us signals. Activates once it detects carbon monoxide and notifies our Alarm Recieving Centre who contact the fire service.
The keytag acts as a swipe card, allowing you to arm/disarm the alarm system. Each system can have up to 9 keytags programmed.
A decoy bellbox is fixed to an external wall of your home and acts as a deterrent showing that your home is protected by PhoneWatch.
Discount available on sensors when multiple sensors are purchased, your sales and installation engineers would be more than happy to discuss with you.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
Our carbon monoxide detector is fully monitored and always on, even when your alarm system is not on, your CO sensor can still send us signals. Activates once it detects carbon monoxide and notifies our Alarm Receiving Centre who contact the fire service.
A contact sensor is the same as a door contact, described above. It detects opening and closing of doors (and windows if used as a window sensor).
An additional decoy bellbox can be used at the back or side of your house. A bellbox is fixed to an external wall of your home and acts as a deterrent showing that your home is protected by PhoneWatch.
Medical Alert Keyfob
The medical alert keyfob has multiple fittings, it can be worn around the neck or as a wristwatch. Once triggered, keyholders and emergency services will be contacted if required. It is always on, so it will still operate even if the alarm is not set.
A remote control can be used to arm/disarm the alarm system from anywhere in your home or from outside the house (within a certain range). It also has a built-in audible or silent panic alarm.
