Better service at no extra cost

We can now offer an even better service and monitor all your PhoneWatch cameras (except video doorbell cameras) for no extra cost. So if you experience any burglary or smoke incidents we'll respond within 15 seconds and have access to your camera footage to verify the incident and if required dispatch the Gardaí and fire services.

Please note that we can't store or download any of your video content. We advise you to download your video footage if you wish to keep it as soon as any incidents occur.

How does it work?

Firstly, opt into the video verification via your video app (see below). This permission is for all your cameras except video door bell cameras.

You can choose to opt in and out any time you want.

Then our Alarm Receiving Centre team will be able to view footage of your cameras, 15 minutes before and after an incident, only when your alarm is armed and it activates. We can’t access the footage otherwise.

Our team can’t store or download any of your video footage , but you can. We advise you to download your video content if you wish to keep it, as soon as any incidents occur.

You can view footage of your camera images for up to 30 days.
