How does the Portable Voice Unit work?
It’s a two-way voice unit with hands-free audio. Our Alarm Receiving Centre can always reach your home to verify the emergency and to assist you and your family. The Portable Voice Unit is portable at home so you can take it with you during emergencies while we help you get to safety.
Where is the Portable Voice Unit installed?
The Portable Voice Unit needs to be placed in its wall bracket. It’s only removed in an emergency contact with our Alarm Receiving Centre. If you’re a business customer, the Portable Voice Unit can conveniently be located behind the counter.
How long does the Portable Voice Unit work for when it’s off its wall bracket?
It can last for up to 15 hours.
