With our Wireless Video Doorbell Camera, you can remotely check who is at your door.
You can answer when somebody rings your door and speak to visitors via two-way audio directly via the PhoneWatch App.

Who in the household can have access to the videos?

Those who are the legal owners of the current installation can use the function and also assign any additional users.

Is the Wireless Video Doorbell Camera monitored?

Upon your consent to video verification in the app, the Alarm Receiving Centre can monitor your video cameras during the alarm events and 15 minutes before and after. We can’t access footage outside of an alarm activation incident.

Will the Video HD Doorbell Camera record at nighttime?

Yes, it has Infrared capability to see in the dark.

Is the Wireless Video Doorbell Camera compliant with GDPR regulations?

At PhoneWatch we take your privacy seriously. We ensure our cameras are professionally installed in line with GDPR compliance. Our Security Advisor will fully assess your home and if compliant, they’ll install your required security cameras.
