What are security sensors?

They are components of your home security system that are connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre and if any activity is detected, they’ll sound the alarm and our team respond within 15 seconds. They’re professional installed by our Security Advisors in the most effective area of your home.

Do I get alarm alerts from Motion Detectors? 

Yes, if the Motion Detectors activate your alarm, our Alarm Receiving Centre team will review and respond within 15 seconds.

What’s the difference between a Motion Detector and a Camera Motion Detector? 

The Motion Detector recognises movement in the area of your home that it’s located in, but it doesn’t have a camera. So, it doesn’t take images of an alarm incident. It still triggers the alarm and notifies our Alarm Receiving Centre to respond.

What happens to my alarm if I’m getting my home renovated?

You’ll need to contact our customer service team to notify them. They’ll deactivate the sensors and guide you through the next steps.

Will the sensors recognise my pets and activate the alarm?

Our security cameras and motion detectors are smart enough to detect people and ignore pets. Our technology uses a precision human-form detection algorithm to differentiate between humans and pets, so if the alarm goes off, you can be confident it's real.
