Smart Plug Troubleshooting

Not working as expected? We’ll guide you through simple steps to fix common issues with your Smartplug: from connection problems to power errors.

If your smart plug has stopped working, you can reset it.

In the Sector Alarm app, go to smart plug settings and tap Remove to disconnect it.

While the smart plug is plugged into a power outlet, follow the steps below:

Indoor Smart Plug

Press and hold the power button until it flashes red.

Keep holding until it starts blinking green.

In the app, go to Smart Plugs, then tap Add, and follow the instructions to connect the smart plug to your system.

In the app, go to Smart Plugs, then tap Add, and follow the instructions to connect the smart plug to your system.
