You may have heard recently that the Data Protection laws are changing from 25th May 2018 with the introduction of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Your data is safe with us - data verification on calls
As part of your data protection, we’re also changing how we verify our customers. From now on you’ll need your account number if you want to speak to us about your account. So next time you contact us make sure you have it to hand. Your account number can be found at the top right hand corner of your PhoneWatch invoice.
If you’d like a copy of your account number just email email@example.com and we’ll email you back your account number. Please include your name, address, phone number and the first and third letter of your verification code in your email to us!
We will continue to communicate with you as we have done before unless you request us not to.
