Get started with PhoneWatch App
Before installation, you need to create an account on MyPages. You will receive a link in your sales confirmation email to create an account or simply follow the instructions below.
Go to My Pages and fill in your customer number and telephone number. The customer number can be found on your agreement or on your invoice.
You will receive an SMS with a one-time code of 6 digits within 30 seconds. Enter the one-time code to validate your phone number.
If you do not receive an SMS, make sure that the telephone number you have registered is correct.
Enter your e-mail address and password for the account. This will be your login information for MyPages and the PhoneWatch App.
Once you have done it, an email will be sent to your chosen email address. Open the e-mail and follow the instructions to validate your account.
Your account will now be active and connected to your alarm system. Download and install PhoneWatch App available in the App Store and Google Play. Once you have logged in with your e-mail address and the password to PhoneWatch App, your login will be saved and you will remain logged in, until you actively choose to log out.
