Sales Representative
 
Our sales team advise customers on the most effective security solution to suit their needs and their budget - following a one-to-one consultation. Based in Sandyford, Dublin 18, the Sales Representative’s duties include:
 
-       converting enquiries to sales
-       achieving or exceeding sales conversion, unit and value targets
-       receiving and responding to customer enquiries
-       explaining the benefits of the PhoneWatch products and services to customers
-       helping the customer to select a suitable package and providing a detailed quotation and system design proposal
-       inputting data on customer database
-       implementing the Customer Charter
-       other duties as required.
 
 
Field Maintenance Engineer
 
PhoneWatch employs a team of maintenance engineers nationwide who call to customer premises to carry out routine inspections, battery replacement and technical repairs. 
 
Based in key regional areas, including Dublin, the Field Maintenance Engineer’s duties include:   
 
-       providing routine inspections and maintenance at customer premises
-       advising customers of the costs involved and accept payments from customers
-       returning all required documentation and payments from customers to PhoneWatch head office without delay
-       scheduling maintenance visits and ensuring the most effective management of time.
-       meeting or exceeding productivity targets
-       understanding and explaining the function of each of the system components to the customer
-       agreeing locations for placing each component with customer
-       taking orders for any extra components requested by customer
-       programming the system to meet customer's requirements
-       testing the system and ensuring it is connected to the PhoneWatch Monitoring Control Centre
-       explaining the working of the system, the monitoring service and the customer support service to the customer
-       ensuring all workmanship meets national standards and policies
-       explaining customer referral document and easy-use guide to customer
-       implementing the Customer Charter.
 
 
Monitoring Control Centre Representative
 
The Monitoring Control Centre handles all Garda, fire and medical emergency alarm activations from customers’ alarm systems. It is a 24 hour operation, with full-time and part-time shifts.
 
Based in Sandyford, Dublin 18, the Monitoring Control Representative’s duties include:
 
-       receiving and responding to incoming alarm signals from customer premises
-       recording the actions taken on customer database
-       recording of alarm dispatch details
-       downloading alarm systems
-       receiving and responding to supervisory signals
-       providing customer support outside normal working hours
-       implementing the Customer Charter
-       other duties as required.
 
 
Finance and Administration Representative
 
The PhoneWatch business is supported by our Finance and Administration team. All customer documentation is handled by this team, as well as all payments and financial transactions.
 
Based in Sandyford, Dublin 18, the Finance and Administration Representative’s duties include:
 
-       processing customer documentation and enter details on customer database
-       receiving and resolving customer enquiries
-       processing debtor/creditor payments
-       credit control
-       stock control
-       liaising with Sales, Monitoring, Field Operations Departments
-       implementing the Customer Charter.
 
 
Customer Support Representative
 
PhoneWatch operates a Customer Support department from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm to answer customers’ technical and non-technical queries.
 
Based in Sandyford, Dublin 18, the Customer Support Representative’s duties include:
 
-       receiving and responding to customer helpline queries, as required
-       scheduling of maintenance visits and routine inspections
-       escalating customer complaints to Customer Care Department after all efforts to resolve the complaint have been made
-       liaising with field staff on a day-to-day basis
-       supporting colleagues within the team
-       updating of customer support database
-       processing credit card payments from customers
-       liaising with Sales, Monitoring and Finance departments as required
-       achieving weekly/monthly performance targets
-       adhering to Customer Charter in all dealings with customers.
